Taylor Swift Is The Artist of The Decade

Taylor Swift is currently has the most AMA wins of any female artist ever with 23 awards. so it's only fitting that the songstress be honored as Artist of the Decade at this year's AMA.

"Taylor's impact on music this decade is undeniable and her performances on the American Music Awards have been truly spectacular," Dick Clark Productions' executive vp programming and development Mark Bacco said in a statement. "We're thrilled to honor her as our artist of the decade and can't wait for her to blow everyone away with an epic, career-spanning performance unlike any other!"

The artist's journey to the lime light wasn’t that easy. According to her on an interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music, There were times that she was undermined because she’s a woman.

"When I was 23 and people were just kind of reducing me to, like, kind of making slideshows of my dating life and putting people in there that I'd sat next to at a party once and deciding that my songwriting was like a trick rather than a skill and a craft," the "Lover" singer explained. "It's a way to take a woman who's doing her job and succeeding at doing her job and making things and in a way, it's figuring out how to completely minimize that skill by taking something that everyone in their darkest, darkest moments loves to do, which is just to slut-shame."

Taylor Swift just, recently, released her most-awaited seventh album, Lover and It became successful on the charts around the globe. Taylor celebrated her 13th year in the industry this year and the young singer-song writer has no sign of stopping.

The 2019 American Music Awards will broadcast live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Nov. 24 at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.

Heres to more T.S music in the future! Congrats Taylor!

Selena Gomez's New Single, ‘Lose You To Love Me’ Is All About Healing

Selena Gomez's new single "Lose You to Love Me" marks her new era in music and its something we all didn't expect.

The 27-year-old singer's comeback track is stripped back and emotional, perfectly mirroring her state of mind in the last few years after taking time out from the spotlight to focus on her health.

"This song was inspired by many things that have happened in my life since releasing my last album. I thought it was important to share the music, as I know many can relate to the fact that the road to self-discovery generally comes through the scars in one's life," Selena wrote. "I want people to feel hope and to know you will come out the other side stronger and a better version of yourself."

With the new single's heartfelt lyrics and melody, Selenators have been speculating that the song was bout saying goodbye to Justin Bieber and closing the door on that chapter of her life.  'In two months, you replaced us' Selena Gomez's sings in her new single and fans think that it might appear to be a clear reference to her turbulent relationship with Bieber.

It’s emotionally cruel but give you peace all at once in a very “The Heart Wants What It Wants” kind of way. This new era will be awesome! Welcome back, Selena!

Coldplay to Drop Double Album, ‘Everyday Life,’ This November

Image result for coldplay double album

The internet went wild after Coldplay dropped a teaser campaign that took the internet over the past few days. After a week of speculation, Coldplay tweeted a photo and confirmed this morning that they will release a new double album called “Everyday Life” on Nov. 22.

In the photo posted, the band wrote, “for the last 100 years or thereabouts we have been working on a thing called Everyday Life.” The band continues, “in the classifieds, you might write ‘double album for sale, one very careful owner.’” The first half of the LP is apparently called “sunrise” and the second half is “sunset.”

The Band has been in and out of the music radar for the past few years but began teasing the new album last week. Posters promoting the release started showing up in major cities across the world, with the musicians dressed like an old-time classical band with a bass drum reading “The Wedding Band Dance Orchestra” and the date November 22, 1919.

Coldplay’s last album ‘A Head Full of Dreams’ was released in 2015, so we cannot blame the fans for their excitement!

Here's the rumored cover art for the album and tracklist:
