The internet went wild after Coldplay dropped a teaser campaign that took the internet over the past few days. After a week of speculation, Coldplay tweeted a photo and confirmed this morning that they will release a new double album called “Everyday Life” on Nov. 22.
In the photo posted, the band wrote, “for the last 100 years or thereabouts we have been working on a thing called Everyday Life.” The band continues, “in the classifieds, you might write ‘double album for sale, one very careful owner.’” The first half of the LP is apparently called “sunrise” and the second half is “sunset.”

The Band has been in and out of the music radar for the past few years but began teasing the new album last week. Posters promoting the release started showing up in major cities across the world, with the musicians dressed like an old-time classical band with a bass drum reading “The Wedding Band Dance Orchestra” and the date November 22, 1919.
Coldplay’s last album ‘A Head Full of Dreams’ was released in 2015, so we cannot blame the fans for their excitement!
